The Firm of LVD

The partners at Lynch & Van Dyke have 40 years of experience collectively.  The firm was founded by Attorney Scott Lynch in 1997 following his successful practice from 1991-1997 in the Lewiston/Auburn area.

Attorney David Van Dyke joined the firm in November of 2004 having previously been a partner in an esteemed personal injury and civil litigation firm.  Attorney Van Dyke brings 28 years of experience to the Bar.

Prior to their partnership, the lawyers at Lynch & Van Dyke had regularly been trial court rivals.  Their decision to unite has successfully combined extensive litigation strengths under one roof.

This firm lives by two time tested rules:

1.  We are State wide trial lawyers, not paper pushers.
2.  A good settlement is no accident.
